Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the weekly group meal subscription offered by [COMPANY NAME]. The binding contract is formed when each member signs and returns the subscription agreement sent by email — not when the online application form is submitted.

1. Service description

Peaches Kitchen provides home-cooked meals on a weekly subscription basis. Groups commit to a minimum weekly total, members order from a published menu, and pick up meals on Tuesday at the chosen location and time slot.

2. Application vs. contract

  • Submitting the online application creates group accounts and triggers follow-up email — it is not a binding subscription contract.
  • Each member receives a subscription agreement by email and must sign and return it as instructed.
  • Ordering unlocks only after all group members' agreements are recorded as signed.

3. Weekly cycle

  • Menu published on Wednesday
  • Orders open until Friday 23:59 (Eastern Time, as configured)
  • Pickup on Tuesday at the selected location and slot
  • If a member does not lock their order by the deadline, our chef will choose dishes for them up to their weekly credit

4. Pricing and payment

  • Minimum group weekly total: $600 (or as stated at application)
  • Each member has a weekly allocation; orders exceeding allocation incur overage
  • Overage requires explicit consent in the app before the order is locked
  • Payment is offline — no payment is collected through this website. Invoices are issued separately per your signed agreement.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is governed by your signed subscription agreement. Logged-in members may submit a cancellation request at Account → Request cancellation for convenience; confirmation and effective date follow the terms of your signed agreement.

6. Food information
